  • Therapists once believed trauma survivors required years of treatment; however, research now shows that brief, evidence-based cognitive-behavioral interventions can lead to long-term improvements in emotional and psychological functioning. Many individuals receiving psychiatric care meet criteria for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and our trauma-informed approach supports healing and resilience.

  • Crisis intervention provides immediate, short-term psychological support for individuals experiencing acute emotional distress. The goal is to stabilize the situation, restore balance to bio-psycho-social functioning, and reduce the likelihood of long-term psychological trauma.

  • Behavioral health focuses on the connection between emotions, behaviors, and biological processes that influence mental well-being. This approach supports daily functioning, self-awareness, and emotional regulation using evidence-based practices.

  • An Individualized Education Program (IEP) outlines specialized educational services for eligible students. We support families in understanding evaluations, preparing for IEP meetings, and advocating for appropriate educational accommodations and services.

  • Psychotherapy — also known as talk therapy — is a collaborative process between an individual and a licensed mental health professional. Through structured communication, therapy addresses emotional challenges, improves coping skills, and promotes personal growth.

  • Family psychotherapy helps improve communication, relationships, and emotional understanding within the family system. This service supports families navigating conflict, behavioral challenges, mental health concerns, and life transitions together.

  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) involves intrusive thoughts (obsessions) and repetitive behaviors or mental rituals (compulsions). Our treatment helps individuals manage symptoms, reduce distress, and regain control using proven therapeutic techniques.

  • Medication Management Therapy (MTM) ensures medications are used safely and effectively. Services include education, monitoring, and collaboration with prescribing providers to promote adherence and optimal treatment outcomes.

  • Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) focuses on building skills that support independence, community integration, and quality of life for individuals with mental health conditions. Services emphasize recovery, daily functioning, and meaningful participation in life activities.
